Ready to explore the night sky? Schedule a night sky tour today! Let me guide you on a journey through the stars, tailor-made just for you. Tours are normally available at dark sky sites near Monkton, ON and near Howdenvale, ON, but special arrangements can be made for other locations. Best for small groups of five people or less. The tour will include naked eye, binocular and telescope observing with a 12 inch dobsonian.
All tours are weather-dependent, and payment must be delivered in cash or via e-Transfer before the tour will start.

Let us guide you through objects like the moon, planets, comets, star clusters, nebulas and galaxies that can be seen with a large amateur telescope!
Observing Basics

These tours take you through the basics of using binoculars and manual (not computerized) telescopes, including topics like aligning your finder scope, collimation basics, using an equatorial mount, finding the moon and planets, and deep sky objects such as star clusters, nebulas and galaxies. 1.5h+
Lunar Wonders
$150
Embark on an unforgettable evening observing the Earth’s moon through a large telescope. Your guide will introduce you to the moon and its natural history, and take you on a tour of highlights of the lunar surface visible that night. Some other night sky highlights may be included as part of the tour. These tours can be done in the city! 1.5h
